The North Hastings Music Festival appreciates the contributions of businesses and community members. As a completely volunteer driven festival, community support is essential. There are several ways to support the festival. For more information, email northhastingsmusicfestival@gmail.com.

To be included in the program, donations must be received by March 27, 2026.
Donations may be submitted via e-transfer, cheque, or credit card or securities via CanadaHelps.org:
• Etransfers: Send e-transfers to northhastingsmusicfestival@gmail.com. Put your name or company name in the message field when sending e-transfers.
• Cheques: Make cheques payable to “North Hastings Music Festival” or “NHMF,” and mail to: North Hastings Music Festival, P.O. Box 1783, Bancroft, ON K0L 1C0

Tax receipts will be issued. Please specify at the time of donation if you do not wish to be included in the program.

Sponsors are entitled to ad space in our program as follows:
• Festival Sponsor, $500+
o Full page ad in program (4.5 x 8”)
o Your personal letter included in the program.
o Logo posted at venue.
o Business name announced as Festival Sponsor in opening comments at all sessions.
o Business name announced as Festival Sponsor at the Festival of Stars award performance.
o Personal invitation and VIP seating at the Festival of Stars.
• Sponsor a Session, $300+
o Full page ad in program (4.5 x 8”)
o Logo posted at venue.
o Business name announced as session sponsor in opening comments.
• $200+, full page (4.5 x 8”)
• $100+, half page (4.5 x 4”)
• $50+, business card size (3.5”x 2”)
• $1+, business name listed.

Volunteer
Volunteers are needed during festival week to help each session run smoothly. Various positions are available. For those who would like greater involvement, the NHMF Committee welcomes new members. Meetings typically occur monthly. Email the NHMF or complete the form at the bottom of this page to express interest in volunteering.
