The North Hastings Music Festival is a registered charitable non-profit group, run entirely by volunteers, and supported entirely by local generosity.
Without local support to cover adjudicator fees and accommodations, piano tuning and maintenance, cash awards, bursaries, certificates, insurance, and custodial fees, the festival would not be possible.

Rock Band Classes!
Crank it up and hit the stage! Our brand-new Rock Band classes let groups shine in a high-energy, supportive festival setting—complete with pro adjudication. You’ll get a full 30 minutes to set up, sound check, rock out, receive feedback, and pack up. Perform one song for $50 and add extra songs for just $25 each. Bring your gear, bring your groove, and bring the noise!
New Ways to Donate:
Giving is easier than ever! Online donations are now available through CanadaHelps.org with onetime or monthly gifts by credit card, or by donating securities.
Registration Desk:
Beginning in 2026, all participants MUST check in at the registration desk, and submit their sheet music, prior to entry. Participants, teachers, and audience members should not approach the adjudication desk.
