The North Hastings Music Festival is now a member of the Ontario Music Festivals Association (OMFA).

As a member festival, our local musicians are now eligible to compete provincially. Outstanding performers recommended by our adjudicators will be eligible, in select categories, to compete in the OMFA Provincial Finals. Twenty of our participants were recommended, and performed in the 2023 Provincial Finals. Several participants were awarded honourable mentions, and one earned first place in her class!
